    Product description

    This machine inserts PINB press-pins one-by-one into a PCB. The board must be loaded manual, the machine positions the board and inserts pins in the pcb according to a programmed pattern.
  • Machine can automatically change between 4 different types of pins.
  • The pins are cut from reel and inserted.
  • Machine inserts up to 4 pin per second.
  • The active insertion area is 18" x 18".
  • By means of this high-accurate optical system, the machine can measure the position of the holes in the backplane. Herewith, the control unit can calculate the tolerances on the backplane and the through positioning of the hole in process.
  • By means of this detector, the control unit can measure the insertion force of each contact.
  • De-reel unit for the reels with contacts.
