The wire has to be positioned manually in the machine, after pressing the foot pedal the applicator feeds, cuts and crimps the contact automatic.

The applicator fits under a generic crimping press (or stripper crimper) with a crimping height of 135,19 mm and a stroke of 40 mm, for example the generic press: RCY20000. Different standards are possible on request.

The applicator fits also under a wide range of generic stripper/crimper machines.

All applicators feature a separate crimp height adjustment for both conductor- and insulation crimp.

We have wide range of mini-applicators. Depending of the contact type, we have left-, right and end-feeded. It is important that we have the right catalog number from the contacts to check it.
