The applicator feeds, cuts and crimps the contact automatic.

The wire is manually presented in the applicator and the crimp cycle starts after press on a foot pedal

The applicator fits under a generic crimping press (or stripper crimper) with a crimping height of 135,19 mm and a stroke of 40 mm, for example the generic press: RCY20000.

Stripper crimpers are also available.

All applicators feature a separate crimp height adjustment for both conductor- and insulation crimp.

We have wide range of mini-applicators. Depending of the contact type, we have left-, right and end-feeded.
